Depending on how you interact with us, we may process:


a) When you contact us via the website, email, or phone

  • Name

  • Company name

  • Job title

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Any information you include in your message


b) When you do business with us (clients, suppliers, partners)

  • Contact details of business contacts

  • Contract and project information

  • Invoicing and payment details

  • Communication records


c) When you apply for a job

  • CV, cover letter, work history, education

  • Contact details

  • References (if provided)

  • Any other information you submit


d) Automatically via our website

  • IP address

  • Device/browser information

  • Website usage data (pages visited, clicks, time on site)

    This may be collected through cookies or similar technologies.  


We do not intend to collect special categories of data (such as health or biometric data). If you voluntarily provide such data, we will only process it where lawful and necessary.  


3. Why we process your data (purposes)


We process personal data for the following purposes:

  1. Responding to enquiries and communicating with you

  2. Providing our services (electrical installations, containment works, project support)

  3. Managing contracts, orders, and invoices

  4. Supplier/partner administration

  5. Recruitment and hiring

  6. Improving our website and security

  7. Complying with legal obligations (e.g., tax and accounting rules)


4. Legal bases for processing


We only process personal data when there is a valid legal basis under GDPR:  

  • Performance of a contract or to take steps at your request before entering a contract

  • Legitimate interests, such as running our business, customer relationship management, and securing our website, provided your interests do not override ours

  • Consent, when required (for example, certain cookies or marketing communications)

  • Legal obligation, such as compliance with Dutch tax and accounting law


When we rely on legitimate interests, you may object as described in Section 9.  


5. How long we keep your data (retention)


We do not keep personal data longer than necessary for the purposes above:

  • Enquiries / leads: up to [12–24 months] after last contact

  • Client / supplier records: for the term of the contract plus 7 years (Dutch statutory tax retention)  

  • Job applications: up to [4 weeks] after the process ends, or [1 year] with your consent

  • Website analytics / logs: up to [26 months] (or shorter if possible)


6. Sharing your data with others


We may share data only when needed for our operations, including:

  • IT and hosting providers (website, email, cloud services)

  • Accounting / payroll / legal advisors

  • Project partners or subcontractors, when required to deliver services

  • Authorities, if legally required


All service providers act under a data processing agreement where required.  

We never sell your personal data.


7. International transfers


If personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure appropriate safeguards (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.
